Every wedding booking includes a DJ, a powered PA system sized to the room, standard dance-floor lighting, a booth, stands, and one microphone. Add the Ceremony Reception Bundle ($175) and we cover the ceremony too: a wireless microphone for your officiant and your vows, plus music coordination for every transition, walk in to walk out.
Sizing goes by headcount. Up to about 120 guests is the Standard Package ($275, up to 3 hrs, then $85/hr). Up to about 200 is the Premium Package ($500, up to 4 hrs, then $110/hr) with subwoofer support. Past 200, the Extra-Large Package ($1000) is full team production, custom hours quoted at booking.
The Wedding Enhancement Bundle and Low-Lying Fog
For $225 the Wedding Enhancement Bundle adds upgraded lighting, formal attire, MC service, and playlist planning. We build the playlist with you before the day, show up dressed for the room, and handle the announcements from grand entrance to last dance, so the timeline keeps moving.
Want the first dance to look the part? Low-Lying Fog ($175) rolls a floor-level fog effect across the dance floor. Check with your venue first. Not every room allows it.
Wineries, Halls, and Golf Clubs
Getting married at a winery like Chateau des Charmes, The Hare Wine Co., or Bella Terra Vineyards? A hall or golf club like the Croatian National Home or Cardinal Lakes Golf Club in Welland, or Club Italia in Niagara Falls? A Hamilton banquet room? Same crew, same gear, sized to your room.

E-Contract, Deposit, Date Locked
Reach out by phone, email, or the booking form. We talk through the day, confirm the date is open, and send a quote. Sign the e-contract, pay the 50% deposit, and the date is yours. Five DJs on one crew means another booking that Saturday does not bump you.
The final invoice comes on the wedding day and the balance is due within five business days. No HST. Cancel seven or more days out and the deposit comes back in full. One reschedule is allowed with the same notice, subject to availability.

Wedding DJ Questions
Is ceremony sound included in the base package?
No. A standard booking covers the reception. Ceremony sound is the Ceremony Reception Bundle, $175, with a wireless microphone and music coordination for the ceremony transitions.
How far will you travel for a wedding?
The first 30 km from Welland is included. Beyond that it is $0.85 per km, one way. Past 75 km, the quote may carry a higher minimum or overnight accommodation.
How far ahead should we book?
The sooner the better. Popular Saturdays go first, and the date is only locked once the e-contract is signed and the 50% deposit is paid.
