Welland's rooms run from the golf-club reception space at Cardinal Lakes Golf Club to the two halls at the Croatian National Home, which take anywhere from 30 to 300 guests. We size the PA to the room. A backyard party gets a tight setup. A full hall gets subwoofer support. Legion hall, school gym, banquet room or patio, the sound fits the space.

Every booking includes a professional DJ with curated music and live mixing, a PA sized to your guest count, standard dance-floor lighting, a booth or performance table, stands, and one microphone. Then add what the night needs.

No HST. Pick a package, add a bundle if you want one, and it all lands on one invoice. Sign the e-contract, pay the 50% deposit, and the date is yours.

- Standard Package, $275: up to about 120 guests, 3 hour minimum, then $85 per hour

Is there a travel charge for events in Welland?
No. The first 30 km from Welland is included in base pricing. Beyond that, travel is $0.85 per km one way and shows as its own line on your invoice.

How do I lock in my date?
