Travel, spelled out
Base pricing includes the first 30 km from Welland. Beyond that, travel is $0.85 per km, one way, itemized on your invoice. Events more than 75 km from Welland may need a higher minimum booking. Send the venue address and we work out the kilometres before you sign anything.
The big rooms
Hamilton runs big. Banquet halls and hotel ballrooms there seat hundreds, and rooms that size are Premium Package or Extra-Large Package territory, with subwoofer support and full team production for 200-plus guests. Dundas, Ancaster and Burlington get the same crew and the same packages.
