Corporate, holiday and special events, and fundraisers and community outreach are all event types written into our standard agreement. Each wants something different. A staff holiday party wants background music through dinner and a floor that fills after. A gala wants elegant announcements and music that fits the night. A community event wants a PA that reaches the whole crowd.
Microphones, Speeches, and the Run of Show
Every booking includes one microphone, wired or wireless, a powered PA system sized to the room, standard lighting, and a DJ handling basic event coordination through the performance. Running a program? Add an Extra Microphone at $35 each so presenters, the emcee, and award winners are never passing one mic down the head table. Send us the run of show and we cue the walk-ups and keep it on time.
Premium Event Production for the Bigger Nights
When the night needs more, Premium Event Production ($325) adds enhanced sound, premium lighting, MC service, and early setup. MC service means a DJ on the mic so your host can host. Pair it with the Premium Package ($500, up to about 200 guests, up to 4 hrs, then $110/hr) or the Extra-Large Package ($1000, 200+ guests, full team production, custom hours quoted at booking).
A smaller office party, up to about 120 people, fits the Standard Package ($275, up to 3 hrs, then $85/hr).
A Real Credential and a Real Process
One of our DJs was photographed working the Niagara 2022 Canada Games with his own rig, event branding in frame. That is the kind of job we are built for: a schedule, a crowd, and a PA that has to carry.
Same process for a 40-person office party or a ballroom gala. Call, email, or use the form. We confirm the date, quote it, and send an e-contract. A 50% deposit locks it. Final invoice on the day, balance due within five business days, no HST. Five DJs on one crew means your date gets covered.

Corporate & Gala DJ Questions
Can you play background music through dinner and then open the floor?
Yes. Background music is one of the event types on our agreement. We keep it low and right for the room through dinner, then bring the floor up when you give the nod.
What if the event runs long?
Overtime is billed at your package's hourly rate: $85/hr on Standard, $110/hr on Premium. Overtime decided on the day adds a $20 surcharge on top, so pre-book the hours you think you will need.
Do you travel to Hamilton?
Yes. The first 30 km from Welland is included. Beyond that, travel is $0.85 per km one way, and events past 75 km may carry a higher minimum booking. It is all on the quote before you sign.
