A team of five means two events on the same night with nobody left waiting. Every booking runs the same way: quote, e-contract, 50% deposit, confirmed timeline, then a DJ on a Pioneer DDJ-SX who reads the floor and a PA matched to the guest count. ESS worked the Niagara 2022 Canada Games on its own rig, and the same care goes into a 50-guest birthday.

- Niagara Falls: Club Italia, the Americana Conference Resort, and the Niagara Parks Power Station.
- St. Catharines: St. Catharines Golf and Country Club, Black Sea Hall, the Shiraz Ballroom at the Armenian Community Centre, and the Stone Mill Ballroom.
- Thorold: Club Capri, the multi-room banquet centre ten minutes from Welland.
- Pelham and Fonthill: the Fonthill Lions Club hall and Royal Canadian Legion Branch 613.
- Port Colborne: the next town south of Welland. Backyard or hall, same crew.
- Niagara-on-the-Lake: winery venues like The Hare Wine Co. and Chateau des Charmes.
- Lincoln and Beamsville: Bella Terra Vineyards and The Legacy at Vieni Estates on the bench, plus Inn on the Twenty in Jordan.

Travel, in one paragraph
Base pricing includes the first 30 km from Welland. Beyond that, travel is $0.85 per km, one way, and it is itemized on your invoice. Events more than 75 km from Welland may need a higher minimum booking. No HST on any of it.
Standard or Premium
Standard Package, $275: up to about 120 guests, 3 hours included, then $85 per hour. Premium Package, $500: up to about 200 guests, 4 hours included, then $110 per hour, with subwoofer support for the big halls.
Ceremony on the lawn and reception inside? The Ceremony Reception Bundle, $175, adds a wireless microphone and music coordination through the transitions. Second room or patio? Additional Speaker, $75 each. Low-Lying Fog, $175, for weddings, where the venue permits it.

DJ Niagara Questions
Is there a travel charge for events outside Welland?
Only past 30 km from Welland. Beyond that it is $0.85 per km one way, on its own line on your invoice, and events over 75 km may need a higher minimum booking.
Can you run both the ceremony and the reception?
Yes. The Ceremony Reception Bundle, $175, covers the ceremony sound setup with a wireless microphone and music coordination for the transitions, then the reception runs on your main package.
What if we need to cancel or move the date?
Cancel 7 or more days before the event and the 50% deposit is refunded in full. Inside 7 days the deposit is non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed with 7 or more days notice, subject to availability.
How far ahead should we book?
The sooner the better, popular Saturdays go first, and a 50% deposit is what holds one.
